Order Cancellations & Modifications
Once a packing slip has been created, your order is being prepared for shipment. At this stage, we are generally unable to cancel, modify, or make changes to the order.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can use the tracking link provided to monitor the status and progress of your delivery.
Customs, Import Duties & Importer of Record
By placing an order with Nuvéa, you acknowledge that you are the Importer of Record for your shipment.
As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.

If a shipment is delayed, refused, returned, abandoned, or destroyed due to unpaid customs charges or failure to comply with import regulations, Nuvéa shall not be held responsible. In such cases, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nuvea.me.
Our support team will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find the best resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
