Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to our designated return facility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@nuvea.me so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Products that show signs of use, misuse, or damage caused by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU), customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.
To qualify, the product must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
